Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a digital product is delivered, it is considered used.

While we do not offer refunds for digital products, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. 3. Non-Digital (Physical) Products

We accept returns and exchanges for non-digital products under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the product’s purchase price will be applied to all approved returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Cancellation

As digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be canceled once processed.

4.2 Non-Digital (Physical) Products

You may cancel an order for physical products before it has shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
